This Monday, as usual, members of the Minga Cooperative, which has the characteristic of being made up of a group of teachers, came to our space to provide training related to social economics and solidarity.

On this occasion, the convening theme to develop was the "SWOT", these acronyms are an acronym for the words strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and identify an analysis matrix that allows diagnosing the strategic situation in which a company finds itself, organization, institution or person, in order to successfully develop a particular project.

The teacher in charge on the occasion, spoke with us in order to provide an overview of what the class was like on this occasion.

He said that the idea is that a base can be built to form strategies for the cooperative to make decisions based on the information to work with the associates and the rest of the members of Liberté, to think about a cooperative in the future, based on what we currently have, to see how far the cooperative grows or how far we can get the cooperative.

Work groups

Five groups will be formed where each one will work on a point, they will work on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

But also, what are the actors with whom we are currently working, create a map of actors, to see with whom it can be reflected, that we work on the SWOT in the future.
