CONSIDERING:
That through the actions cited in the SEEN, it processes the request for the Declaration of Interest of "the Extension Diploma of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Work of the National University of Mar del Plata "Criminal and Community System", Self-management and ethics of care for human integration and social coexistence”.
That the Directorate of Policies and Practices against Discrimination presents the SUBSTANTIATION, understanding that it is important for the full citizenry to promote actions that entail banishing discriminatory practices towards the group of persons deprived of liberty and, above all, to encourage academic spaces that promote these practices, emphasizing the interest of this Diploma towards the objective of raising awareness about equal integration with students, teachers and the community.
That the activity will be carried out through fortnightly classes: Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 3 clock hours- 14 Days: 42 hours/clock - Asynchronous activities: Realization of practical works. 42hrs/clock starting on Saturday May 14th and ending on Saturday November 12th. Total number of hours: 84 clock hours.
That the Coordinator of Programs and Projects against Discrimination became aware of it and went on to express that the topics and perspectives of approach respond to the objectives of promoting rights and preventing discriminatory practices towards persons deprived of liberty, carried out by this Coordination.
That the objective of the Diploma is consistent with those of the Institute in terms of promoting rights and inclusion of historically vulnerable groups.
That the Auditor is aware of and approves the processing of the reference, stating that she has no objection in this regard and gives her approval so that the necessary procedures for its continuation are carried out.
That the declaration of interest such as the one that she processes hereby, is part of the National Plan against Discrimination, approved by Decree No. 1086/2005 and in the provisions of articles 2 and 4 of Law No. 24,515.
That article 2 of the aforementioned normative plexus determines that the purpose of INADI is to develop national policies and concrete measures to combat discrimination, xenophobia and racism, promoting and carrying out actions to that end.
That article 4, paragraph b) provides that INADI is responsible for designing and promoting educational campaigns aimed at valuing social and cultural pluralism, and eliminating discriminatory, xenophobic or racist attitudes; participating in the execution of those campaigns.
That the art. 4 of Decree No. 218/2012, determines that until the Intervention of INADI ceases, the powers and obligations duly granted by Law No. 24,515 to the Board of Directors and President of the Institute, will be exercised by the designated Controller.
That the Intervention of the Organism was arranged through the issuance of Decree No. 756 of June 13, 2011.
That the DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL AFFAIRS has taken the intervention that corresponds to it according to the provisions of Article 7, subsection d) of Law No. 19,549 of Administrative Procedures.
That the competence for the dictation of this act arises from the provisions of art. 4 of the Decree
