Liberté was in dialogue with Lucas Cromechek, who has a degree in tourism, but is also one of the members of Cooperativa la Minga, an entity that is characterized by being educators, and every Friday they attend Liberté, to continue developing this referred training to social and solidarity economy.

He said, we are participating in another day of learning here at the Liberté cooperative, this workshop where we all try to get to know and build a little more cooperative knowledge, the associated work in order to provide more tools for the Liberté cooperative.

I also point out that they are called by another cooperative, the one that currently manages the Que digital medium, and through one of the cooperative principles that is to allocate training, they thought of us to be able to work with the Liberté cooperative in pursuit of the development of the same.

The interesting thing about this, continued Cromechek, about the logic that we are giving to this workshop is not to come to count successful cases, to a manual of how to proceed, but to take into account the reality in which this cooperative finds itself and between all of us in a round trip to be able to achieve and see how we carry out these tools to improve the cooperative.

I quote that it is already the fourth day of this training and that it is going from the general to the particular, and that on this occasion it was possible to see the type of cooperatives that exist, the work cooperatives, as is the case of Liberté is one of them and what are the different governing bodies, how it is managed and how decisions are made within the framework of a cooperative.

He admitted seeing the Liberté cooperative, after being at each meeting, as something good, understanding that the fundamental thing is that motivation to carry the cooperative forward and added that if one has that will to want to learn or improve and carry the cooperative forward.

Lastly, I clarify that, if you have that will and that desire, you are going to put that effort into learning about the technical, legal and operational issues to be able to develop the cooperative and this project that is sustained today. Without that will and that motivation, that effort and that desire, everything is forgotten.
