This time it comes from the Program for Interdisciplinary Studies on Work and Organizations of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of the National University of Rosario (PEITO CEI - UNR).
These make their focus, on the importance of having promoted with deprived of liberty, from the Liberté cooperative institution, the collective exercise, managing to promote the socialization process, which is surrounded by educational activities to find change.

To the Academic Scientific Community and Society in general
From the Program of Interdisciplinary Studies on Work and Organizations of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of the UNR (PEITO CEI - UNR), we address the Academic Scientific Community and Society in general, to extend our support and recognition, to the work that from In 2014, the Liberté Collective has been carrying out. It is established as a solidarity and self-management movement within Unit No. 15 of the Maximum Security Penitentiary Complex of Batán belonging to the Penitentiary Service of the Province of Buenos Aires - Argentine Republic. The Cooperative made up of people who are deprived of their liberty stands out, in which a socialization process is carried out through work and socio-educational activities that promote a significant subjective change, from within the Penitentiary Unit towards society.
The work carried out, which has the participation of researchers and academics from different universities, is established as an original project with great possibilities of being replicated in other Penitentiary Units in the country.
For all these reasons, we believe that the experience of the Liberté Collective should continue under the parameters with which it has been developed up to the present, promoting the widest possible dissemination for the good of our society.
I send you my cordial greetings.
Dr. Rodolfo A. Escalada
Director of PEITO CEI - UNR
