Juliana is not new. She was born inside the Unidad Penal N°15 (Penal Unit No. 15) of Batán, before ChatGPT existed, handling Liberté's warehouse orders by WhatsApp. Over the years she grew: today she responds in any language, delivers certificates, and accompanies students in their coursework at Universidad Liberté. What a Community Intelligence is
The tool is developed by VERUMax, the studio that builds and maintains Liberté's digital platform. It is curated by Liberté's human team: they decide what it knows, how it speaks, and what topics it avoids. VERUMax provides the technology; the people provide the judgment and the voice.
Curation is not a detail — it is the work itself. Each of Juliana's responses is grounded in content that a person loaded and reviewed: the cooperative's news, the glossary, the areas, the Universidad Liberté academic offerings. If a response falls short, it gets flagged and the team corrects it. The intelligence does not live only in the model: it also lives in the people who feed it.
