Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 arrives: the first Universidad Liberté workshop — meditation to transform behavior

On Wednesday, June 3, Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 launches — the first workshop offered by Universidad Liberté: twelve weekly sessions focused on personal transformation through meditation techniques. Led by Dr. Aída Lhez in a hybrid format — in person in Batán and via Zoom —, fully subsidized and open to the entire community.

Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 inaugurates a new line within Universidad Liberté's offerings — workshops — which already brings together diploma programs, EnClaves Libres, and the Laboratorio de Saberes. It is a theoretical-practical journey of self-knowledge, emotional management, and personal transformation, open to anyone who wants to develop tools for observing their thoughts, regulating their emotions, and strengthening their relationships.

What Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 offers

The workshop starts from a simple idea: behavior can change, and meditation is a concrete tool to help make that happen. Across twelve sessions, it combines theory and practice to foster self-knowledge, provide emotional management resources, and encourage healthier coexistence. No prior experience or knowledge of meditation is required — each session offers a practical tool to apply in daily life.

Who leads it

Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 is led by Dr. Aída Lhez, judge of the Juzgado de Garantías N.° 2 in Necochea. Drawing on her experience in the judicial sphere, she proposes an approach that shifts the axis from punishment toward care: observing, breathing, and choosing differently as the starting point for any change.

Why this workshop at Liberté

Everything Liberté does is for the community: a workshop on personal transformation is useful for anyone who wants to work on themselves from within, wherever they are. Care is not a privilege for the few. Human rights advocates, members of the judiciary, and teams carrying out care work also carry their own weight of burnout. And for many of those who are part of Liberté — incarcerated people, victims of crime and of society, and those who have been released — these tools are part of rebuilding a life project.

The hybrid format aims to ensure no one is left out. Sessions are in person for Liberté members in Batán and virtual, via Zoom, for the rest of the community. The workshop is open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and locations, with no prior requirements.

How to participate

Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 runs over twelve weekly sessions, on Wednesdays at 15:00 (Argentina time), 90 minutes each, beginning Wednesday, June 3. Participation is fully subsidized and registration is completed through the workshop page registration form; all information is available on the official Proyecto CAMBIA 2026 page. Inquiries can be sent via WhatsApp to +54 9 223 678-9264. Participants who attend at least 75% of the sessions will receive certification from Universidad Liberté.
