The community lunch returned to Liberté
On a Saturday afternoon, the Liberté community gathered around a table again: a shared pasta lunch at the Punto de Paz Hall, among peers.
Marathon for Peace: the world's first inside a prison
Two editions (March 2019 and November 2022) in which incarcerated people, victims, formerly incarcerated people, family members, professional marathon runners, and judicial officials ran together. Overseen by the Marathon Runners Federation. A third edition is in preparation.
Punto de Paz: the world's first restaurant run by incarcerated people
Punto de Paz, inaugurated in 2022 at Unidad Penal N°15 in Batán, is the world's first restaurant managed entirely by incarcerated people, while also promoting restorative justice by bringing together victims and offenders in a space for encounter and healing.

LIBERTÉ OBTIENE OTRO FALLO A FAVOR DE CELULARES EN CÁRCELES
La Justicia dictaminó a favor de Liberté, permitiendo el uso de celulares en la cárcel de Batán, en un fallo que revoca restricciones previas y favorece la comunicación, la educación y la integración social de los internos.
